Stainless Steel Melting Pots

• 18 gauge stainless steel crucible
• 20 gauge stainless steel shell
• 3” fiberglass insulation
• Multiple-circuit blanket heater for uniform heat
• Electronic temperature control-(60° to 250° and 150° to 550° range options)
• Two zone heat on 40 ands 60 quart models

• 20 gauge stainless steel shell, #4 finish
• 3” fiberglass insulation
• Multiple-circuit heating element for uniform heat

**These models use bi-metallic thermostats.
All other use capillary style themostats 150-500°F only.**

Turntable Mixers

Saunders Turntable Mixers are used to prepare and maintain ceramic shell casting refractory slurries with no tank wall build up or air entrainment. They are available in standard sizes ranging from 10 gallon capacity to 375 gallon capacity or made to customer specifications. All units are supplied with stainless steel mixing tank and arm, fixed or variable gear belt drive 0-30 RPM and TEFC Motor. Fluidized Beds

The Saunders Fluidized Bed is used in ceramic shell casting to coat wax patterns with refractory stuccos. They are available in standard sizes ranging from 12” diameter to 48” diameter or made to customer specifications. All beds supplied complete with resin bonded ceramic diffuser plates installed. Foot valves for high-pressure air supply or blowers are available as well as dust collector shrouds. We offer prompt delivery and the most competitive prices in the industry.
